We Want You to Love Your Tee!
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's our policy:
✅ We Accept Returns For:
- Print defects (fading, cracking, misalignment)
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or torn product on delivery
- Size exchange (within 7 days)
❌ We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Products washed or worn
- Products without original packaging
- COD orders refused at delivery
🔄 How to Return
- WhatsApp us at our store number or email support@vraic.store
- Share your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll arrange a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours
- Replacement or refund processed within 5-7 business days
💰 Refunds
- Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- COD orders: Refund via UPI/bank transfer within 5-7 business days
