  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

Because we work directly with global suppliers to bring you the best prices, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days.

  • Note: Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, postal service backlogs, or peak holiday seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update and become active in the system.

4. Multiple Packages

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different suppliers. This means your items might arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times. Do not worry if you don't receive everything at once!

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Our store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country’s government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once the item has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
